Zalio ("we", "us") operates this website to take applications for our founding gym program. This policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Application details you give us: your email address, name of your gym or business, your role, website or Instagram handle, member and team size ranges, the software you currently use, the admin problems you describe, and your preferred start timing.
- Basic usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). If we run advertising, ad platforms such as Meta may set cookies or use pixels subject to their own policies.
How we use it
- To assess your application and contact you about the founding gym program.
- To send you updates about Zalio. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
- To understand which problems gym owners face, so we can build the product. Insights we share publicly are aggregated and never identify you or your gym.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your application details with third parties except the service providers we use to run this site and our email (for example hosting and email delivery providers), who process it only on our instructions.
Storage and retention
Application data is stored on infrastructure we control. We keep it while the founding program is open and while we have an ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing zack@zalio.ai. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
