These terms cover your use of this website and your application to the Zalio founding gym program.

The founding gym program

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Places are limited and we select gyms at our discretion based on fit.
If accepted, founding gyms receive access to the Zalio beta free of charge for 12 months. Pricing after that period will be confirmed with you in writing before anything is charged.
The beta is pre-release software. It will have rough edges, and features may change or be withdrawn as we build. We'll always be straight with you about what's working and what isn't.
Either side can end participation in the program at any time. If you leave, we'll give you a copy of your data on request.

Information you submit through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
